We are pleased to invite participation in KES2010 organized by the School of Engineering at Cardiff University, in conjunction with KES International. The conference will take place in Cardiff, the capital of Wales. Cardiff is well established as ‘Europe’s Youngest Capital’ but its history dates back more than 2000 years to the Romans. It was once one of the busiest ports in the world, exporting the coal which fuelled the industrial revolution. The conference will consist of keynote talks, oral and poster presentations, invited sessions and workshops, on the applications and theory of intelligent systems and related areas.
